Description
The PP-90M1 (ПП-90М1) is a Russian submachine gun developed by KBP Instrument Design Bureau during the 1990s, chambered in 9×19mm Parabellum. Aside from sharing a manufacturer, this firearm is not related to the similarly named PP-90M.
The design features a prominent 64-round helical magazine. It is also capable of utilizing a 32-round box magazine, which might require a stick magazine adaptor for proper function. The weapon shares a similar appearance with the PP-19 Bizon, another Russian submachine gun.
Users of the PP-90M1 include:
Russia, where it is employed by Spetsnaz units.
