Description
The Changhe Z-10 is a Chinese military attack helicopter developed by the Changhe Aircraft Industries Corporation. It was primarily designed for anti-armor and close air support missions. The development of the Z-10 began in the late 1990s, with its first flight taking place in 2003. This helicopter features a tandem cockpit design and is equipped with advanced avionics, including a helmet-mounted display system and a mast-mounted sight. It is armed with a range of weapons, such as air-to-air and air-to-ground missiles, rockets, and a 23mm cannon. The Z-10 has been deployed by the People's Liberation Army Ground Force in various operational theaters.
