Description
The KAI T-5 Brave Eagle is a military aircraft developed by the Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI). It was designed as a supersonic advanced trainer aircraft for the Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF). The aircraft is a result of a collaborative effort between KAI and the Defense Acquisition Program Administration of South Korea. It first entered service in 2018 and is primarily utilized for a variety of training purposes, including air combat maneuvering, basic flight training, jet transition training, and aerial reconnaissance. The T-5 Brave Eagle has been deployed by the ROKAF to enhance pilot training and bolster their defense capabilities.
